Gerber did an amazing job fixing damage I thought would be impossible to resolve. They were kind, professional, communicative throughout the process, and cleaned and detailed the car before returning it in amazing shape. Would return to them for work in a heartbeat.

Over the Holidays, my truck was damaged after someone had backed into it. Have only had it for 3 months, so obviously you could probably imagine how stressed I was with what had happened. Thankfully, Grant Knight came to me and said “Brother, I got you…you’re gonna bring it to me and we are gonna make your truck look better than it did when you bought it.” and he did exactly that!! We have used this shop four times over the past two years and will not go anywhere else. They are professional, clean, keep you updated regularly on the progress of repairs, and my vehicles have always been completed well before the date promised. Took my vehicle to be repaired after a front end collision. Took about 4 months for the vehicle to be completed. When I receive the vehicle there were gaps by my headlights and misalignment with my hood. I was even given a different front grille for my vehicle which I then sourced on my own. When I did switch out the grille come to find out my active shutter assembly was damage but it was hidden behind the grille. So I made them aware of the situation and they did have me take it to a closer gerber location to take care my current issues with my car. The part replaced which they did, but they could not address the issue with my hood fitment and gaps where my bumper and headlights meet. Mind …

The front office provided all necessary information, answered questions, and facilitated the repair. Tina was my estimator, and she was great, producing timely estimates and coordinating with my adjustor. However.. upon repair completion, pickup, and final inspection.
