Outstanding service! Lynden was such a professional even providing texts of progress on my repair. So glad i went to Jim Norton collision center for my rav4 repair. Then went to Toyota rental. Everything was coordinated. While its very stressful to have a collision repair. This Toyota dealership provided smooth processes all along the way!

I had another vehicle damage my rear passenger side door. Sent in an online estimate request to Jim Norton Collision Center and received an estimate within a day from Alan Finch. Alan was my main point of contact for the whole process which lasted for almost a month. He is professional, patient, and kind. He explained the estimate and repair process in detail, rental car process, kept me up to date on the repair and insurance adjustments, and even clarified some concerns I had with the insurance process itself. Took my car to get repaired here after I had been in a wreck. The people at Jim Norton collision center took care of everything for me, and kept me up to date the entire time!
