I bought a project car and asked them to inspect and let me know what needed to be fixed. They were very thorough and I received a detailed report with pics and estimates. I felt the price was very reasonable.

I went to ZAG just to ask a few questions about my 88 BMW M6. Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable. I had been there before about an airbag swap on my Mini Cooper and again helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their shop is clean and professional which is important to me. I will definitely be taking my car there in the future for any repairs needed. This coming from an aircraft technician.

I appreciate the great service provided by ZAG. The technician kept me involved in his troubleshooting process regarding an electrical issue. Other issues were competently resolved to my complete satisfaction. Their shop is utterly clean and a marvel to view as a DIY owner. I always enjoy the collaborative nature of their service team. When I picked up my vehicle, its condition and appearance exceeded my expectations. Between two cars, this is my fourth service experience-always great!

My power steering went out in my BMW due to harness damage. Dealership told me they would replace the whole steering rack and not just the harness because it was not a BMW approved job, which was very pricey. After reading multiple reviews I decided to come to ZAG AutoWerks. When I saw the shop I was very impressed. The shop looked spotless and very well organized. They told me they could replace just the steering harness cutting my cost significantly. They did a phenomenal job. I will definitely be back in the future! They are very quick, professional, and honest. I highly recommend them for all your BMW repairs!
