Trident Collision

We had a fantastic experience with Trident Collision. We had a mishap with our garage and needed the entire door (plus some) of our 2024 vehicle replaced. Erin was incredible to work with. She immediately greeted the tow while we were there and quickly put together an estimate for us in a matter of 15 minutes. She called to ensure parts were in stock while we were sitting with her and provided us a timeline. Erin kept us in the loop the ENTIRE time, letting me know when additional damage was found, parts were needing to be sent, etc. Even though we were told our vehicle was going to be ready, parts (out of Trident's control) were delayed, delaying a day for us to pick it up and because …

I own a Nissan Titan that has a cover for part of the undergirdle. As of last week half of it was broken off and then started dragging on the floor. I called them this morning, and they said to just bring it in. Within one hour I was told it can be reattached without buying a new part. I was in and out of there within an hour. I also got a quote for 2 tail light covers, and it was much more reasonable that Nissan. Very good service, and friendly people. I highly recommend this shop.

They are quick and good at what they do, had a little trouble with the insurance getting the ball rolling but Erin Dickerson took care of me and she’ll take care of you, they finished quicker than what they estimated, love it, great job!

I went to Trident Collision to get an estimate on some repair work. I wasn’t sure if I would go through my auto insurance or not and explained that at the time of getting the estimate. I received a quote from Erin at Trident. After speaking with my insurance I decided it would make more sense to file a claim. When I called Erin to schedule the work snd let her know I would be going through insurance she demanded to see the exact estimate from our insurance to compare. Previously, she had communicated they only needed the claim number from the insurance not the exact estimate and $ amount they were reimbursing. Phenomenal service. I was getting the runaround from another shop that wanted 6 weeks (to replace a broken window and a big door dent), and Trident took me in THAT day. Had the car back, like new, in a week. Highly recommended. Erin, Joanne & Charles too great care of me, always kept me updated on progress. 🏆
