Midas

Do not get your car worked on at this location. I went in for a basic oil change, and left having to pay hundreds for a new oil pan after their technician ripped the oil drain plug out. To make matters worse, the manager Mike, openly admitted that he would deny all responsibility despite the damage happening under Midas’s care with Midas technicians. There were zero issues with my vehicle when I brought it in and it left with extensive damage and no accountability from management. This location failed in basic professional standards, ignored industry protocol, and shifted the cost of their mistake onto me. If you care about your vehicle, do not bring it here. They do not take responsibility …

Mike was very helpful also Austin was very knowledgeable about vehicles make year and models they got my car running brand new I want to give a big shout out to the mechanic I don't hear not one squeak not one noise they did a phenomenal job on my brakes and oil change I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to get your vehicle serviced 10 out of 10! Very great air conditioning indoor store as well.

Every single time I’ve had my vehicle serviced, EVERY time…I’ve had Mike and the team do a great job. If I had any discrepancies, which only occurred once…TOTAL accountability and fixed the issue timely and professionally! I can do business with a team like this! High recommend! Duke Durant

This is an honest shop with honest men. Mike helped me out and gave me some great advice and was very easy to do business with along with being very knowledgeable on all aspects. They were quick and effective and this shop is now my go to place. I recommend anyone looking for a shop to trust to go see Mike and the hard working men at Midas Peoria location.

Found a coupon online for $34.95 oil change and Mike Cudney honored it. I called first and he was super friendly and inviting. I was in store within 30 minutes on a Friday morning. They pulled my car directly in and got started on the oil change. It was done within 25 minutes. They also did an inspection on my vehicle for no charge, it was informative and helpful. Mike explained to me all of the different things I might need and the time frame in which I had to do them as I was unable to do it on that day. I highly recommend this shop. They even gave me a fresh cup of coffee! Then T.C. threw another $10 discount onto it when I was done. Great people!
