They were very helpful and patient with us. They finished their work quickly and efficiently. We have used them several times and will continue to do so in the future.

I had a good experience here with my 2008 H3 alpha that the A/C was not blowing cold all the time. They diagnosed the issue and got back with me regarding the diagnosis within hours of dropping it off. The communication was great with the service advisors and the price was more than fair for the services I received. They got it all done and back on the road reasonably quickly considering how busy this place is. I've never used Meineke before and was skeptical at first but not going to lie they came through and I am pleased with the overall experience.

I do not recommend this Meineke. I'm not sure if it's because of a new service advisor and technician, but they rush the work, get an attitude if you ask for clarity and seem more concerned about turnover rather than client safety. After an unusually fast inspection, I was told my brakes were good. The service advisor brushed off my concerns about worsening noises and said he'd look at it when he had more time, stating the new technician who "completed" the inspection said everything was fine. Israel gave me a quote for changing out belts, oil change and new tires and it was reasonable and finished much quicker than anticipated. All those services were performed and looks great and runs well. Will definitely be a return customer.

I thought, the only time I had the muffler replaced on my old truck was at this location. It is an old 24 years old truck, n I was out of the country for 18 years. They do not have my name, number nor my truck in the system! They did pull up my truck and show me what is wrong and what needed to be work on. I pulled the stuffs and junks out of the glove compartment to search for receipt. I did not find anything! I drove off and forgot the papers from glove compartment at the chair of the reception. The manager did call and told me I forgot my papers! Much appreciated! They also recommended that I take the truck to a “muffler” shop! Thanks!
